We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team in Morocco. The role is suited to an electromechanical or automation professional with hands-on industrial experience and a strong customer focus.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of filling machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers and operators, including production support, training, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor equipment performance, spare parts, tools, and technical resources to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare technical and warranty reports and maintain accurate service documentation in line with company procedures.
• Support customer claims, efficiency trials, audits, and technical improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards, while proactively communicating technical issues, customer needs, risks, and deviations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in food or packaging.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English; French and Arabic.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites.
