We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that predefined and approved quality standards are consistently met throughout the production process. This role involves conducting quality checks, monitoring laboratory activities, reporting non-conformities, and maintaining quality records to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
* Perform quality checks and testing throughout the production process.
* Report non-conformities, incidents, customer complaints, and production malfunctions.
* Maintain accurate quality records and ensure proper documentation in the internal system.
* Supervise laboratory activities.
* Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
* Support the Quality Assurance Supervisor by reporting quality issues related to raw materials, production batches, and rejected materials.
* Promote and maintain the highest health and safety standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Technician Diploma in Quality, Chemistry, Industrial Processes, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a qualitycontrol or laboratory role.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team.
