Join us as Global IT Contract & Service Manager and play a key role in shaping our IT service delivery and building the future of IT at Elopak by driving performance, strengthening partner collaboration and ensuring reliable, efficient and high-quality IT services across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Service Management Ownership: Own and continuously develop Service Management practices, ensuring high-quality delivery across workplace services, service desk, onsite support, and ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and request management).
- Contract & Vendor Management: Manage assigned partner contracts, ensuring service quality, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
- Demand & Capacity Planning: Lead service planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, aligning with business needs, strategies, and IT roadmaps.
- End-User Experience & ITSM: Own ITSM processes and the end-user environment, ensuring reliable services across devices, applications, and licenses while continuously improving user experience.
- Performance & Cost Control: Oversee service delivery, manage contractual changes, and ensure accurate billing, forecasting, and cost control.
- Resilience & Improvement: Support disaster recovery planning and drive continuous improvement of services, processes, and partner collaboration.
The position is based at Elopak Corporate Offices in Spikkestad, Norway. You will collaborate closely with global teams and external partners, and some travel (10-20%) should be expected.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong background in IT service management, including ITIL processes and service delivery models
- Proven track record in managing vendors and contracts, including outsourced IT services, cost control, billing, and forecasting
- Solid knowledge of ITSM tools and service desk environments (e.g. ServiceNow), combined with a focus on end-user service quality
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions in an international environment
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Legal authorization to work in Norway is required
