Are you passionate about transforming and optimizing finance processes on a global scale?
Join us as a Global Process Owner (GPO) Finance and play a key role in shaping, governing and continuously improving Elopak’s global finance processes. You will ensure that processes, systems, data and controls are aligned with business objectives and support operational excellence across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:

End-to-End Process Ownership: Contribute to the development, governance and continuous improvement of finance processes, supporting standardization, efficiency and compliance across the global organization.

Process Strategy, Governance & Performance: Define and maintain the end-to-end process vision, establish governance frameworks and KPIs, and drive transparency, accountability, and value creation across the process landscape.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT and other functions. Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business units, regions, and delivery organizations to achieve global process objectives.

Change & Transformation Leadership: Drive change management activities and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Technology, Data & Compliance: Ensure alignment of technology, applications, and data while maintaining effective governance, internal controls, risk management, and process compliance. Drive automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled improvements to enhance process efficiency.
This is a permanent position within the Finance organization and can be based in Skøyen (NO), Spikkestad (NO) or Mannheim (DE). In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance Operations.
Qualifications

Preferably Master’s degree in Finance and accounting.

Minimum 5 years of experience within Finance, Shared Services or Finance Transformation, ideally in a similar process leadership role.

Strong understanding of transactional finance processes (RtR, PtP and OtC), combined with a solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Proven experience driving change initiatives, process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement in an international environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.

Experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred), automation technologies, and data-driven process management is an advantage.

Fluent in English, both written and verbally.

Must be in possession of a valid work permit for the location you are applying for.
