Join Elopak as Investor Relations Manager and take on a visible role at the intersection of finance, strategy, communication, and investor engagement. In this role, you will help strengthen our external credibility and communicate our long-term value proposition to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, and business regions to align input, coordinate deliverables, and ensure consistent market communication.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure professional handling of market-sensitive information and support compliance with stock exchange regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

The position is based at Elopak’s corporate offices in Oslo, Norway, and reports to the Head of Treasury & Investor Relations. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, as well as investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders. Some travel, expected to be less than 20%, should be anticipated.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, financial communications, or a similar capital markets-related role
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, listed-company communication, and relevant disclosure requirements
  • Experience preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, stock exchange announcements, and other financial communications
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of compliance and the handling of market-sensitive information
